About Me
I founded dcerone to bring the same rigor, structure, and strategic thinking I applied at my corporate roles to small businesses focused on technology offers.
As a Global Offer Manager, I lead AI and cloud product strategy affecting tens of thousands of stakeholders—integrating third-party technology, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality offers on time. Before that, as System Architect, I designed $100M+ in building management and IT security systems annually and led cybersecurity programs valued at $8–10M.
This corporate experience— spanning offer management, operations, sales, engineering design, and service delivery— is the foundation of dcerone’s consulting practice. I use my Snap‑In Systems Engineering (SISE) method to help clients streamline product and offer management: from ideation and voice of customer, through requirements and risk validation, to pricing, go‑to‑market, and ongoing support.
On the investment side, I have 17+ years as a private investor (LP/GP) with over $700k deployed in commercial multifamily real estate and small business equity. At dcerone, I structure creative financing—equity stakes, revenue-share, and 1–3 year business loans for businesses that need smart capital paired with operational guidance.
I am also the author of Snap‑In Systems Engineering, I hold various certifications in AI Product Management (Duke), Product Management, and others, as well as earned degrees from NJIT (Tech MBA, BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering Tech) and Stevens Institute (MEng Systems Engineering).
dcerone is where my systems engineering discipline, product leadership, and investment experience converge to help founders build sustainable, scalable businesses.
