Consulting Journey
This is a sample of a typical engagement. Stages and timelines are customized based on your needs and the outcomes you want to achieve. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all model.
1. Introductory Call (30 minutes)
Understand your business background, choose 1–2 pain points to focus on, and clarify desired outcomes. The outcome is to determine if your business is a good fit for dcerone and define next steps.
2. Discovery (1–2 weeks)
Deep research on your business, the specific pain point, and owner expectations. Align with your team, observe how work happens today, and discuss what is driving the current situation.
The outcome is an assessment of where you are today and what is contributing to the problem.
3. Design (1–2 weeks)
Create a strategy to address the chosen pain point(s) and run working sessions with your team.
The outcome is 1–3 priority issues with measurable, time‑bound outcomes and practical ways to address them.
4. Embed (4–8 weeks)
Work alongside you and your team to build toward the desired outcomes, make adjustments where needed, and keep momentum.
The outcome is a trained team, regular cadences on metrics, and implemented technology where required.
