Relationship Term
I take on a limited number of clients per year; most start with just a 30 minute call. My engagements are typically 12+ months, with success criteria based on the outcomes we explore together. Clients are billed monthly for services rendered.
Consulting Journey
This is a sample of a typical engagement. Stages and timelines are customized based on your needs and the outcomes you want to achieve. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all model.
1. Introductory Call (30 minutes)
Understand business background, discuss pain points to be addressed, outcomes to be achieved. After this meetup, I will do some preliminary work to structure how I could help, set a follow-up call.
2. Initial Findings Call (30 minutes)
A follow up to the introductory call, we'll talk about how we can address some pain points discussed and owner expectations. If relationship is a good fit, engagement terms and agreement will be provided.
3. SISE Method (1 year+)
Work with you and your team to build toward the desired outcomes using the Snap‑In Systems Engineering method. We address changes where needed and keep momentum through regular cadences.
The outcome is a trained team, clear metrics and checkpoints, and implemented technology where required.
